I have an easy Skype question for the experienced...(i am a n00b)?

If I want to call long distance using a toll-free phone card number, will it charge my Skype out credit? Please list a valid source for me to follow up. Hey, this is an easy opportunity to get points.

If it is a toll free number why not just use a phone?
