Yours and my sins are of equal value i would of thought, after all a sin is a sin, no matter how big or small.....but then who are we to judge this.......only he upstairs and he alone should judge this, if you know what i mean.

Sin is nonsense that someone has convinced you is real. They did this to induce guilt because guilty people are easy to control.

I know because I used to believe in sin too. The first time someone questioned the reality of sin I thought they were insane. I eventually found that It only seems real until you actually start to question its reality. Then the whole idea falls apart. Try it if you are so sure it’s real.

I suggest you get a copy of the course in miracles. It points out the impossibility of the idea of sin better than anything else does.

The idea of sin was invented to induce guilt and make people believe in a judgmental God. God is only love He judges nothing.

The course pulls the sin rug out from under the whole idea, and the judgmental God fantasy simply falls apart.

That type of judgement is not useful. You should only judge to help someone or protect yourself.

“Cease to inquire in thyself…’What good shall I do that I may receive life eternal?’ Only abstain from evils as sins and look to the Lord, and the Lord will teach and lead thee”.

A sin is a sin. No matter what. The only unforgivable sin is the denial or rejection of God.

By the way, what did you do?

Neither. What is perceived as sin is unique to the individual and and therefore not shared with another nor is it any greater nor any less or equal to anothers.

Sin is Sin the same applies to every one. Only those who accept Jesus can be forgiven though.

Its the same. I don't think God categorizes sin according to its degree. Its all pretty much black and white with god. And, since we are all born with the original sin, then I guess we are all doomed to eternity in hell...
