do you have that mischevious doggie that gets into things even when he/she KNOWS they aren't supposed to???
i do....
our 7 month lab pup chewed up our baby's sonogram pictures. we were sooooo upset!!! we saved about 2 or 3 of them, though.
what'd your doggie eat or demolish that just ruined your day???

My dog love to eat kitty vomit. The cat barely has the second "hick" out when the dog starts charging down the stairs to get to it. I have actually seen the dog push the cat aside to get at the vomit before the cat is done!!!

I have a chocolate lab who has eaten rat poison ($500 emergancy vet bill)
And has swollowed a large mens work sock ($3000 emergancy vet bill) That got him stiches from his hind legs to his chest. He had to get emergancy surgery to open up his stomach!!
This was all by the time he was 1-1/2 years old.
He also chewed all of the wooden window sills throughout the house. I had to put hot sauce on them to get him to stop.
Be very careful with labs. Not only do they love to chew, but they will eat ANYTHING they can swollow. And always keep the trash cans on top of the counter when you leave, because they love the trash!!

oh...what doesn't a dog eat if he/she has the opportunity?!!
When my dog taz was younger had eaten everything from my favorite pair of shoes to parts of my papasan chair. The worst by far, though, was when he got into the garbage can, spreading garbage all around the house when I wasn't home. what a mess !
During that spree, he ate a whole carcass of a chicken (I was scared shitless because dogs aren't supposed to eat chicken bones - they can cause damage to their stomach, throat, or bowel movements). But, what can I say, he has a stomach of steel !

My Golden Retriever ate an envelope as the postman put it through the letterbox 3 years ago. It was a cheque from my solicitor for 700 pounds. I miss that dog...

I had a dog who loved eating beetles. Gross and then she wanted to kiss me after. We had more problems with a rabbit, she ate all the buttons of the remote controls, chewed through electrical cords, and chewed a hole in the bottom corner of my waterbed and water was everywhere. Good news about dogs is they do grow out of it.

My dog ate my couch! After My husband and I got married and Cody and I moved in to a very bachelor pad. So after much spruising up of the apartment my dog puked on the fouton. I immidiatly took the cover of the fouton, and in the time it took me to go out to the garage and stick the cover in the wash he ate a huge hole into the futon's foam. SO for three months, we didn't have anything but a couple of lawn chairs to sit on in the living room! He also ate a whole pot of meat balls one night. It was hillarious, well...relatively. I left the pot on the stove and went to wash up, when suddenly I heard a metalicky thump and I walked into the kitchen to see Cody standing up with his paws on the stove and his whole head in the pot. When I finally got him down he had a rim of tomatto sauce around his white face!
You gotta love your pets!

Probably his own poop!
Another time I had one of my 1st dates with a man who is now my husband and I went shopping and bought all the fixings for shrimp nachos (tons of veggies) , got it all ready to pop in the oven when he arrived. In the meantime I went and got changed, came back out and the dog was on the counter eating the nachos.

We had bought this whole thing of chocolate donuts for a party the next day and left them on the kitchen counter. We woke up the next morning and our dogs had eaten every last one... but they didn't get sick so that was good.

when i was a vet nurse, we had a dog brought in that ate about 10 clean tampons, got stuck all through him and we had to do major surgery to get them all out. gross! Another lady also had her rotty chew up her new10k spa!!

my moms dog ate a whole fish bone and all garbage including soiled diapers he had to get some stomach surgery cost a fortune too hes soooooooo gross
