my ex told me they wanted to get back together after some thinking i decided i wanted to. In just 5 days she started dating ym best friend. they both kept it from me and i just found out last night through my best friend who began to tlel me then tried to lie to cover it up. How should i be reacting and what should i do or how should i confront them even though i don;t really wish to speak to them at the moment. thanks

Your "best friend" is not you friend. Your ex-girlfriend very obviously was not interested in getting back with you or she wouldn't have got with your friend. I say leave them alone and let them live their lives without you. You are better off without them! Trust me...things won't work out and they will be running back to you. You have to be strong and kick them out of your life. If you keep either one of them they will just betray you again.

It's hard but try and let it be..don't let them know that it bothers you so much. They're both acting like A*****es. You shouldn't stress yourself over such nincumpoops!
