I'm not advising you to do this but if you feel this is the right path then keep reading and I tell you what you should do. Tell her honestly how you feel but keep in mind that she is married. Understand what is it in her that you want. Do you only like her sexually or do you have feeling for her that go beyond just that? Do you think a relationship with her will work? If you like her just physically then I suggest it's better to let her be. Does the man she is married with treat her well or not. If you are conserned about her being miss treated, tell her that. Tell her how you feel about her but let her know that you understand that she is married and don't want to start anything bad. Keep in mind that the guy whom she's married with could find out easier then you think. This can be a very messy situation. Also understand that if she does have feelings for you while married with another man, she could then have "secret" feelings for another man if you were to marry her. Don't take this out of context though, because she could truly be in love with you and the man she is married with may not be treating her well, in addition she won't tell you until she is devoted, keeping committed focus on who she is married which is also a good sign of a good person. I'm sure you woud want her to also do the same for you. Keep this in mind: love your self first unconditionally, then this love for your self will guide you to what is right. You want to make her feel in secure?
If you mean secure, then show her that you love her and are willing to wait untill the end of the Earth for her.
Be there for her, she is probabbally very stressed out right now with the divorce, be her rock, then let nature take it's course.
