Well, by giving us free will, He already gave us the right to make up our own minds about right and wrong. So by using this prayer, you are asking Him to do something He already did. I would leave out the "crazy maniac of the universe" statement.

Did you honestly wake up this morning and say, "today, i'm going to make fun of people who believe in Jesus"? Because if you did, then you are, by far, THE lamest individual in existence.
Your little poem did nothing to hurt my faith. It did, however, make you look like a complete moron.
Who, may I ask, gave you the authority to denounce anyone's beliefs? No one? I thought so.
So, why don't you get off your fuking high horse and stop riding your false sense of grandeur and find something more worthwhile to do with your time.
In other words, Get a Life. : )

"O jesus, maker of rules we do not live by"
Yes! the west has forgotten Jesus!
They are so materialistic that they have no place for Jesus anymore..
"O jesus, crazy maniac of the universe"
When it came to belief in truth.. yes Jesus was maniac about truth. He was a maniac who cared for all of us and is still caring for us. He cares for our souls....... yes he is a maniac who wants us to have an everlasting life.
"O let us forget all your teachings"
Hey you are wrong. We have forgotten his teachings long back.
Perhaps now its the time to remember Him and His teachings.
"So that we may fulfill our purpose here on earth"
I care a dam about fulfilling my purpose on earth. I care for my eternal life in the company of Jesus.
"And look to a better tomorrow"
Tomorrow? you mean future? Now why are you worried of the future?

35A good person produces good words from a good heart, and an evil person produces evil words from an evil heart. 36And I tell you this, that you must give an account on judgment day of every idle word you speak. 37The words you say now reflect your fate then; either you will be justified by them or you will be condemned."
