If you mean 'fat', welp, eat a hefty meal at the end of the day before bed (ie stay up late, watch a movie, and make yourself a hamburger)... or eat ice cream instead of lunch... drink lots of regular soda (1 can a day will put on 15lbs in a year)... learn to cook good food (the old idiom "never trust a skinny chef" comes to mind).... stay up all night and all the next day (as pulling 'all-nighters' tend to create a basic habit for weight gain, since you won't have a midnight snack, but rather, an 11pm and a 4am meals). None of those I'd recommend, because they tend to be habitual actions, and once started, it becomes hard to change.
If you mean 'muscle', do ten reps of the heaviest weight you can lift every day, until it becomes easy for you, then increase the weight until it is very strenuous on you again, and do ten of those until it's easy, and so on, as this pattern isn't designed to lose fat or burn calories, but rather, break down the muscles quickly, and when they repair, the muscle mass will be larger, hence, adding on the pounds.

it u wanna put on fat, eat mcdonalds. if u wanna put on muscle, eat healthy. this is actually a better choice because empty calories will make u fat, youll wanna lose weight, and youll have a hard time. eating healthy can make you gain healthy weight. like muscle weight and not belly,thigh, and hips fat.

if you want to put on weight eat carbs. Like potatoes, noodles, bread.

just eat more salty foods and always drink cold softdrink, water or juices. take a lot of sleep.
