I was very loyal to the company I used to work for, but not to the point of giving my very life for them, however I did sacrifice some of my social activities to help them out. Last year, they gave me a layoff notice after I had worked for them almost 21 years. It showed me how much they valued my work. They've got another man doing my job for much less money. It goes to show me that they care more about money than people, no matter how long they've been there, or what they did for them. The bottom line is money. Companies just don't care about people.

I love my Company and Love my Job.
But I hate the workaholics that think they can get ahead by working 60 hour weeks, when in fact, it looks better if they can get 60 hours of work done in a 40 hour week like me.

No, sometimes you don't agree with all of the policies/procedures in place. I would never put company values before my own.

Tough question, but common.
Tough call, but it is your call.
Companies can be really bad these days.
They are always looking for someone that will claim....
the hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil to back them up.
Bad people need only appy companies are everywhere.
