I have repaired a couple of these and mostly for lamps that have been bad. This is a good brand for DLD, but make sure you get an extended warranty and make sure a local shop honors the warranty. I see hundreds of DLPs from all manufacturers and I can say either there are not many sold in the Seattle area or these sets are strong runners.

This Is agreat TV nothing wrong with it great size ggreat picture.

i don't. I'm sure there have been, but as long as there havent been many issues you should be ok.
