Relationship, definately. You have to be careful, though...
If someone is so uncomfortable with relationships that they always prefer to be single, they have some issues to work out and they are going to be awfully lonely at some point in their lives.
Then again, anyone who feels that they HAVE to be in a relationship to feel whole is going to have issues anytime something threatens that (breakups, divorce, death, etc...).
I think the key is to be strong enough of a person to stand on your own. You should be in a relationship because you WANT to not because you NEED to.
Overall, though, I think people are stronger, healthier and happier when in a good relationship.

Relationship is definitely more fun, but single life is more relaxed. When you are single for a while you appreciate the relationships more. If you have been in a long and difficult relationship, then you will enjoy being single.

I love being single doing what I when I want without thinking about anyone else. But I love being a relationship doing things together not just sex. I'm happy whatever life brings.

Relationship, on the single life right now and it can be very boring and lonely. On the plus side single life can only be good if your willing to shell out crap loads of money for parties. :P
