Are you getting enough exercise?
Sometimes you need to take a break and get your blood pumping.
Other things that can make me restless when I should be studying can include putting off things that have a looming deadline, lack of decent food/sleep, and a decrease in desire to do homework due to lack of fun activities.
Take the time to eat right, exercise, sleep, and tackle projects ASAP so you don't have unfinished business distracting you. Also take time every once in a while to do something fun. This will help keep your stress level down and increase the efficiency of your study time.

You can go for a run before you study. All your energy would be gone, so you can just concentrate. Sometimes you will be sleepy though. Best idea is to take a short break.

Give yourself breaks. Use a watch or clock or even a timer to set how long you can work without losing your attention. Say for example you can work for ten minutes without your mind drifting. (That would be a long time for many people). Set your clock for ten minutes and allow yourself a five minute break when the ten minutes are up. Over time, try to expand the amount of time you can study without drifting, but always have a break to look forward to.

make small targets for small intervals of time. like i have to finish this section in 45 minutes (or whatever period suits u) and complete that section in that time frame. take rest of 5 to 10 minutes and then get back to studies. u will not get tired soon and will see that a huge amount of work is done in comparitively smaller period of time.
