Looking for a tv set that could show up to 4 video input in one screen at once (rca input prefered) , it's like a monitoring security tv.

For viewing TV programs you can purchase a service. For instance Dish network customers can see six channels at once.
If your doing this for security systems, you'll need a special adapter for your TV set. It is called a Quad processor, which will allow you to see all four cameras on the same screen.

DAK electronics once had a vcr that could display up to 32 p in p images. DAK was a mail order company. I think they recently tried to make a comeback.
