Any suggestions other than massage on how I can relax it? I go to physical therapy and they massage it but that's only 3 days out of 7!

I buy a spray at Wal mart. It's called "the healing garden zzztherapy. I have problems with my feet and i use it on them and it relaxes me. Just don't spray on an incision. Also you might want to try moist heat. and massage.
