If you mean a Foreman-type grill, they are similar to grilling outdoors. Not as good as far as flavor but a lot less of a hassle.
With the right condiments, you can still make an awesome burger and because it takes less time, you will find yourself "grilling" more often.
I would recommend an actual George Foreman grill instead of a cheap knock-off. The cheaper ones I heard can be difficult to clean, take longer to warm up, and produce burgers that taste like they were fried in a pan.

They have their moments...the one I had was awesome...it had a drip pan..and I would put liquid smoke in the bottom of it and the heat from the heat element would heat up the liquid smoke and drippings and flavor the meat...YUM! The only problem I had with it was that it was hard to clean...like a real grill. I sitll prefer the outdoor variety, but when its raining or cold outside...you can't go wrong with and indoor electric grill.

Yes, it's just like grilling outdoors except you are indoors.

Yes and they are similar to outdoor grills. Again, use the liquid smoke and you'll get a resemblence of outdoor grilling. good luck!

mine is same as gas grill and not as good as charcoal. don't overload the top or it will smoke and set the smoke alarm off.
