You can converse in the international language of love. It sounds like he's got his sheet together. Let him parachute into your hills and explore your valleys.

If the feelings are there, yes, it will happen. Just keep talking to him right now, be good friends, and help him a bit with English (and learn a bit of Spanish). Eventually, helping each other with languages too will be things you remember in a relationship. Continue to be there for each other. Also, does he know you are attracted to him? If not, talk to him about that too. Hope I helped. Good luck.

Provided that both of you want to work towards a closer relationship it can work. Any relationship takes hard work, no matter how much two people might have in common or their differences. A relationship is a two way street and provided both of you want it to work and are willing to do your part anything can happen. Good luck.

Language barriers are tough, but if you can communicate enough to where it's not frustrating and you have that connection, go for it! Good luck and thats one helluva cool background for someone to have.

it might work out between you, just keep working on the language barrier.

Work in terms of what? Possible shag, sure, deep and meaningful long term relationship, unlikely.

that's really for you to decide. if you don't want to be committed to a working man, that's tough sh*t for both you and him. if you really love him, learn to speak his language and vice versa. i think it'll work out *wink*
