Ok, so, five of my friends are going to have a combined birthday party. I figured I might as well bring some alcohol to the party but I have no idea what to bring! HELP! What are some good "birthday" drinks? (alcoholic, that is...) Mention the brand too!

p.s. There will be about twenty 21 yr. olds and I'm willing to spend up to $40.

Vodka, gin, rum, tequila. Remember some beverages, lemons, lime, etc. so you can make drinks. Some ppl prefer to drink wine throughout. Or beer. But DON'T mix all this, or the party will be a veritable Manufacturers of Hangover. Never beer after wine, but one beer at the beginning of the evening is ok. Beer and whisky also go together. (Shot(s) of whisky, not too many) Have a nice time!

Birthday? Bring Champagne or sprarkling wine to help celebrate! Bring enough for each person
> 21 years old to have a glass. Figure 4 glasses per bottle so you'll have enough. BTW, the appropriate glass for Champagne is a flute, not the old fashioned saucers you see in Hollywood movies.

oooookay.....impossible to tell without knowing your friends, but of course this their first drink ever right? (HA!)

Always good to try a case of interesting beer.....Magic Hat #9? Sierra Nevada? Anchor Steam?

Vodka mixes with everything. Stolichnaya is a good brand, and not too expensive. Get some cranberry juice, pineapple juice, OJ, whatever.....

Wanna be a little pretentious?
Single Malt Scotch. Talisker is really good.

Make belinnis! Prosecco (a kind of italian champagne) with a little peach nectar, garnish with a little slice of peach. Girly and summery.

Bacardi Gold with Pepsi and a case of Corona's. That's your $40. But if you want to be adventurous....
Bacardi has flavored rum, vanilla, raspberry, chocolate....etc.
Stolichnaya has flavored vodka also and it's really smoothe. Try it with some juice.
Malibu or Parrot Bay coconut flavored rum with Pineapple juice or OJ.

Well, my favorite is Bacardi Rum. But $40 won't get you more than 2 bottles of any kind of liquor really. If you are going on quantity, I would get a keg of beer or something.

Puckers is always good for shots, and I'm sure 21 year olds like to take shots.
