"Rip" as in "Ripoff"?
Dynarip is a sulfated polysaccharides extracted Cystoseira canariensis, it is supposed to bind myostatin.
It is sold in Australia, but beyond that I don't know much about it. There are many bogus myostatin blockers out there. So don't be in too much of a hurry to part with your money on such things. Do plenty of research and make sure that you are hearing from real people and real researchers -- not just bogus things put together by the companies marketing department. (Good advice for any suppliment!)
