I fell off the roof again! How can I avoid sleepwalking?

I feel off of the roof on the second floor when sleepwalking last night. Luckily, I feel on grass so I only broke one leg but it could have been worst.

i do the same thing. once i woke up on top of the washer at the laundry room in my building. i don't know how to not sleep walk, but dead bolts work wonders, the one that you need a key to open. as for the windows i pushed a tall dresser in front of them. i f that doesn't work you always have a great story and some cool scars to show off.

If you can't sleep-unlock-doors then get a lock put on your bedroom door, my flatmate sleepwalks, but she has a lock on her door and hasn't got out so far.
The only other options are tie yourself to the bed or don't sleep :)

See a doctor before you really hurt yourself...They can do a sleep study and help determine what can be done to stop you from sleep walking...
