Start menu: Search
Pick: Pictures, music, video.
Select: Pictures, Photo
Use Advanced Search Options
Make sure Local Harddrive C: is selected
Select: More Advanced Options
Check: Search System Folders, Search hidden folders and files, search subfolders.
Repeat for each harddrive you have, and each account you have designated on your computer.
Click Search. Go do something and come back in an hour or two.

Do a search for pictures and photos. If your computer is a microsoft xp, it'll go something like this...
1) Hit the start button
2) Hit the seacrh button. it's the little magnifying glass
3) Click on the top-most option in the box in the window that comes up. it should be labled "Pictures and Photos"
4)Then, in the check box, check the one that says "pictures and photos" and without typing anytrhing in the keyword bar, click "search"
And there you have it. all your pictures should come up in the search window.

Go to search, search for files with jpg, gif or bmp extensions. (The search term is *.jpg, *.bmp, *.gif). The results should cover most photos on your computer.
If you have picasa (free image editing software from Google) installed, it will find every image on your machine and put them in one place. Good luck with your search!

the fastest way is to do a search on the computer hard drive that you are looking for the photos most are saved in a .jpeg format so if you do your search for .jpeg on the drive it should turn up what you are looking for.

Hit Search And Search All Drives tht have file type Pictures..
try *.jpg,*.bmp etc....

*.gif;*.jpg
This will find most of your picture files
The search should be at your harddrive letter.

download Google Picassa 2. it finds every picture on your computer and tells you the file path of how to get to it.
