Q. Which acid contains in lemon?
A. No acid contains lemon.
But Major portion of lemon is citric acid, lemon is a citrus fruit, like its cousin lime, orange............there are other beneficial acids and ingredients in lemon.
I take this as a trick question.
Baring the trickery part of your question, most of the other answers are good.

The lemon (Citrus × limon) is a hybrid citrus tree of cultivated origin. The fruit are used primarily for their juice, though the pulp and rind (zest) are also used, primarily in cooking or mixing. Lemon juice is about 5% citric acid, which gives lemons a sour taste and a pH of 2 to 3. This acidity makes lemon juice a cheap, readily available acid for use in educational chemistry experiments.

Citric acid is present in the largest amount. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is also present. A host of other organic acids are also present in small amounts.

Battery acid.
Just kidding. Although you can stick a copper and zinc strip into the lemon, hook these up to a small lamp - and as the acid corrodes the strip - it generates enough electricity to light the lamp. (just call me mr wizard)
