It's very good as the warm water will keep the muscles "warm" for not to have any kind of cramp in the short term...

After the shower, you need to relax and dring enough amount of water...

I don't see the harm in it. But wouldn't a cool shower rather than a warm shower feel better after exercising?

If your mucels ache then it might be a good idea but if you just want to cool down use warm water

Not advisable to, I was told. Something about our sweat pores opening up after exercise ... but do not know the reason why.

yes it helps to bring the blood to the skin and muscles and heklps to shuttle lactic acids, follow it with a cold rinse off and you boost your ammune system.
