As has been mentioned about 100 times on this site alone, traditional Absinthe with the wormwood is illegal in the US.

Once again, Absinthe is only illegal to sell or manufacturer in the U.S.A, it is perfectly legal to possess. I treat myself to it once a year. Only buy product made in CZ.

You can get it but it isn't the same as the european version. You can import it through websites though.
