Some dogs are just funny like that. It isn't a sign of anything wrong, but it is a good sign that your dog feels safe and comfortable.

Most dogs love sleeping on their backs, my dogs love sleeping like that I think it is the most comfortable way for them to sleep.
They look so adorable when they sleep like that

I am not sure why dogs do that... I have a long-haired Dachshund.. And unless she's curled up under a blanket that's how she sleeps. I have pictures of it. It's so cute. I am pretty sure it's of no concern.. It's just something they do. I mean, we roll around and lie on our backs and stomachs.. That's just one way they sleep I suppose:)!

Because she is very comfortable, not just physically, but mentally too.
A dog on their back is being submissive. Your dog must feel very relaxed.

My dog does that too. That sometimes means they want you to rub their belly or they are having a dream.

That's funny!!!
My cat slept with his tail slinking around like a snake--and baby kittens would play with it as it dangled off the chair.

Not too sure but mine does it too. She has really floppy cheeks coz she is part Dogue de Bordeau so all her face hangs open and her eyes are open too. its quite amusing to see actually!
