The first thing to do is make sur eyou are eating healthy. If you aren't, your hair can't be healthy either. This might sound gross, but if your hair is as bad as you say, this will help it. Give it a good washing with something like Fructis Long and Strong, and then deep condition it for at least 5 minutes with Fructis 1 minute or Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioners. Next, don't wash your hair for several days, maybe 4 or 5. Try doing this a couple of times in a row, and it will help build your hair strength. For now, try to brush as little as possible. If your hair is weak, the more you brush, the more it will break. A friend of mine put mayo all over her hair once a week for a month to help hers. She would put mayo over all her hair, then wrap it in a plastic wrap {not so sight as to cut off circulation in her head} and then sleep with it and wash it slightly in the morning. It helped bring back oils into her hair. I hope some of these will help you. :) And remember, don't iron or blow dry your hair until it is stronger. Let it dry and style naturally. And when going to bed, to avoid knots, braid your hair so that you'll cause less damage in the morning when brushing it out. Good Luck. :)

If you are a brunette, use John Frieda's Brilliant Brunette. Oh! and try John Frieda's Shine Release Conditioner. Use that with the shampoo. Or use Helene Curtis Thermasilk 2 in 1 conditioner. The thermasilk works for all types of hair, so you can use it instead of John Frieda. I use both and they work great! (Don't try using both types at the same time though. That can damage your hair.)

If you have different types of hair, go to:

and get your hair done.
Or for Helene Curtis try this. her website has a picture of the bottle and some handy tips.

P.S. I like your avatar and your name.
