The best advise that I can give, regular hair cuts helps hair to grow faster, multi vitamin, and deep conditioner. If your hair is damaged now, sometimes it helps to cut it off and regrow it.

Status of hair often reflects the health of the body. How is your nutrition? Are you eating a well balanced diet? Are you consuming enough protein? Are you taking medications that may effect the hair? Keep it clean and use a good conditioner. Keep the ends trimmed often. Try to avoid harsh chemicals; perms, colors, etc Let your hair air dry. Hair dryers can really be damaging. If you must use a hair dryer, use a cool temperature. Do not use a nylon brisstle brush, instead use a vent brush. Don't comb or brush it too often, especially when it is wet.

Ditto on the vitamins, and be sure you are eating enough protein. Hair is made of protein, and young women like yourself often don't eat enough protein. They think meat is bad for them for some reason, but it is very important that you get enough protein, not just for your hair, but for your brain function and muscle tone. Good luck

my dear I hope you have time enough to eat a balanced food everyday! if you don't make time! after you shampoo you your hair always use a conditioner ( either stay on or wahsable whichever is convinient to you ). Eating good protiens strengthens hair and brings that shine that you have lost. Eat nuts

You may need vitamins. Vitamin E is good for skin and hair.
