I'm 19. This should not happen. It's my lower back and it really feels bad. How do I stop this?

A bad back knows no age. It could be a sprain in your lumbar spine. Try to apply warm moist heat. If it continues, see a doctor and get an xray, something more serious can be going on.

Take a clean tube sock, fill it with instant rice, tie the end, heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes, apply to area. It should bring some relief.

You may have popped your back out of place and not have realized it. If I were you I would go to the chiropractor and see what he/she says. One adjustment might do the trick.
