If the sperm has HIV in it then YES !
If not and it's healthy then no eat all you want

I haven't met anyone who said eating sperm...Drinking sperm well it depends if that person was infected. I know that Hiv is present in infected patients with hiv in their sperm, which is why when they want to have ababy with a negative female they do sperm-washing.

If the person whos sperm you eat has HIV, you can get it if you have an open cut or sore.
