See a doctor. It could be chronic fatigue syndrome, or symptoms of something more serious.

Get one good nights sleep on a night before a day off from work. If you have kids it's time to get an over night baby sitter. If you have a husband it is his turn to cook breakfast.

If you still feel just as bad then go for a check up. Have some blood work done. Test for things that cause tiredness. Anemia, blood cell disorder, blood sugar. Things of that nature. Discuss your menstrual cycle with your doctor. A woman's hormones can be the tell tell of all when it comes to the way a woman feels.

Exercise! Honestly, I was exactly the same. I even went to the doctors as I thought I had an iron deficiency or something but I didn't. I joined a gym and although I feel like I don't want to go, once I am done, I feel so much more energetic and sleep much better too.

You may be overweight, not get enough exercize.

You may have an odd sleep schedule (many studies have shown that
people with an absolutely regular schedule sleep better and are more
wakeful).

It might be something to do with your diet and sleep patterns. Do you have a balanced diet? If you don't then it might be a good idea if you see a dietitian.
Or see a doctor, you might have other problems you don't know about.
