My preferred method is to look in the eyes of the one I love and gently stroke her hair and face, saying nothing.

It is truly different, not the run of the mill way to begin the day. I hope it works for you. I think the best way to start my day is kissing the one I love(If I had a partner) and telling them I love them, making a big healthy breakfast (if I have the time), stretching so my body is ready for the day:)

A better way to start the day would be to actually do something.
One person with a shovel can do much more good than a billion people praying.
