I could ask you the same question! Some of us just don't seem to gain weight. I never alter, I am the same slim person I was when I left school. You should see me down a plate of steak and chips !
Drink milk, drink Mackeson, been there done that. Put it down to metabolism .There are a lot of very old people about, there are a lot of very fat people about. There are NOT many very old people about that are also very fat. A lot of people envy us "skinny" types.

Actors put on weight by eating a lot of high calorie, high calorie meals and snacks throughout the day. You will have to decrease your activity level as well. It's basic science - if you burn more calories than you eat you will decrease your weight if you eat more than you burn you will gain. It may take some time.

Don't. You will naturally put on weight as you get older and your metabolism slows down. When you're 50, you'll probably be asking how to lose weight. If you deliberately get fat now, you'll just have more that you need to lose later on. Thin people are healthier and live longer.

I put on weight by drinking those special diet drinks, you gain weight and not loose weight, you can buy from Holland & Barretts

Eating too many Burgers will only get you fat, not gain healthy weight.

It depends if you are naturally slim you should not worry it will come on with time however most people put on weight by completely neglecting themselves, by being depress, by hiding their emotions and depression into the roam of eating lots of junk food.

See a nutritionist for a healthy way to do that.....So do not just start eating fast food, that will put on weight, plus increase blood pressure and cholesterol, we don't want that...

I presume that you're healthy, but that you need to gain some weight....if so you could adjust your diet :

Eat lots of pasta, pancakes, meat, bread, fish, etc.

Be careful that you stay healthy at the same time, so don't eat too much fat and sugar (easy to gain weight with them, but not healthy), you still need fresh fruits and vegetables and you should remain physically active !

drink a milkshake every night and you could put peanut butter in it and that is even more filling. Go the vitamin store and they have stuff that is called "weight on" and that should help. My dad used this stuff when I was growing up and it helped him.
