I rent a wall to wall carpeted apartment and I am potty training my dog and, of course, she goes on the rug and the floor. Is this stuff ok to use in a steam cleaner? My kitchen floor is getting an odor also. Will this smell go away?? I alternate bleach mopping with this stuff on the kitchen floor to try to disinfect. This stuff worked great on the mattress, but it seems like its taking a long time to work on the rug and floors. Is this normal, since she keeps going in the same spots?

i worked with a woman who bought a house that she said stinked like dog... anyway she used Nature's miracle in a steam cleaner.... after it dried she went over it again... she said it worked... i heard nothing but good things about it from ppl when I was working at the pet supply store.

I like Simple Solution. Use as directed (about the same as Natures Miracle) to clean up messes BEFORE using the steam cleaner. Steam can set stains and smells making them almost impossible to get out.
I use the Simple Solution first to get rid of the mess, then afterwards put it in my steam cleaner to do th rest of the room.
I like the way it smells, kind of like baby powder.

I am in the Navy, stationed on a submarine where some of the worst odors can be present. Before my last patrol, I bought this stuff called "Odo-Ban". I know it sounds corny, but it works better than anything I've ever used! Try it.
