Guys are homophobic and we would rather not be rolling around in bed with another naked man. Also, the risk of penis envy exists. If one guy is bigger than the other, it creates an akward situation because the perception is that she will enjoy it more from one guy than the other, thus she will give him more pleasure.
If you have ever seen a 2-guy/1-girl porn video you will notice that when it gets to the part where one guy is really layin it to her the other guy is just standing off to the side with his pecker in his hand trying to get her attention. NO THANKS!
