I have found that it does help to use a shampoo with Oatmeal in it. Also if mix that Sulfden in with your shampoo that will help.
There are a few good deordorizing shampoos too. I find the doggy perfumes just don't mix well.
other than that. If you have a dog you got dog smell.

It sounds as if the dogs were given too much freedom before being fully house trained, were never fully house trained, became confused with the training method used, or puppy pads were used in the home. Take the female to the vet to rule out a physical problem such a bladder infection, stones or cancer. Then, train her as if she were a pup. Take the dog out as soon as it wakes up, and every 2 hours or when it wakes from a nap, and after meals during the day. Praise and reward when the dog pees/poops outside. Keep the dog attached to you by a long leash or in a crate when it cannot be watched 100% of the time while inside. This prevents accidents from happening inside. No hitting or rubbing their nose in it. Use an enzyme cleaner to remove the urine odor from the home. Google positive reinforcement house training Take the male to the vet too. Eating grass and throwing it up is a sign of illness. House train him using the same method mentioned above. Feed 2 times per day approx. 12 hours apart. No between meal treats until he is 100% house trained. Most dogs will poop 30 minutes before or after a meal. Exercise, such as a walk or playing in the backyard, with stimulate the need to poop. Having dogs is a lifetime commitment. Completing the house training is your responsibility. Failure to house train is one of the primary reasons dogs are euthanized at shelters. Be honest. Who would want dogs that pee and poop inside if you don't want them? 100% house trained means no peeing or pooping in the house for a minimum of 2 months. Until that is accomplished your job is not done. Vacuum the dog hair off the furniture. Remove any covers and have them dry cleaned. Brush the dogs daily to keep the dog hair on the furniture to a minimum. Yes, by being consistent, old dogs can learn new tricks.

Bathing a dog more than once a month can cause the skin to dry out and set you up for even more problems. Over bathing could be the cause .
Diet can also be the cause of dogs having odors. Look at the label on your dog food and do some research on dog foods. The first ingredient should be meat, not corn.

Are you talking about the sniffing of butts that dogs do or what. Dogs should live O-u-t-s-i-d-e and if domestic, have regular baths. Take these steps and the smell goes away.

go to the pet store, they have tons of shampoo's, breath freshners, and even pet colognes. Smell them all, and go from there. They even have dog buiscuits that will freshen breath.

be more specific. i don't know if you are talking about urine smells (use natures miracle) or if the dog needs a bath. (use doggy shampoo) if it's doggy breath, see a vet, the dog probably has bad teeth.
