Yes, if you want to see a lot of Paris go on the Bateau Parisiene, or similar and have a cruise on the Seine, if the weather is nice you can see a lot of Paris without having to walk too far, also you could try Montparnasse, it has the highest building in Paris and you reach the top by a very fast elevator, and from the gallery it is possible to see all over Paris, it is an incredible sight.
Whatever you do have a lovely time.

take along a manual wheelchair for you to use for longer distances, or better yet- contact a rental company of medical supplies in paris and have them deliver a scooter to your hotel for your use.

hire a wheelchair. If you are going to be covering a lot of distance, you may need it.

You can hire those electric scooters over there, I did,quite cheap and great access everywhere.

do you have a blue badge, they are accepted all over europe. even if you are hiring a car or being driven by a friend you could use it on that car.

i would fly or drive their, dont try and swim the channel, i dont think walking is an option.... water being quite slippy..
