Are you sure she wants you back? Was there cheating on your part? Depends on how you broke up. Cheating is the one thing that a girl will not over look, probably never. Especially if you are married, it is so much water under the bridge that even with counseling, it will take a lot. You can write her a letter, a love poem, send some flowers, stuff like that. Say, you want to take her out, and take her to a nice place. Don't know how old you are, but something that she would enjoy doing. Then little by little, dont' jump, but take it easy, and hopefully you will get her back. Just say, I have missed you, you are the only one for me, and mean it. It all depends on if she has found someone else, in that case, you will just have to wait and see how that goes. She might come running back to you, But if you overdo it, you will be sealing your fate. Take your time. Time heals all. In the mean time, be looking and see if maybe you do not want to wait, and might find someone else you like better. Don't wait by the phone, know what I mean?

How did you loose her in the first place? We kinda need more information to give you a better answer, because depending on the situation depends on whether its worth bothering to try and get her back.
Talk to her, tell her how you feel, but don't pressurize her! Give her time to think about it if she considers thinking about it. If shes giving you the big "no no" then i think its time for you to back away in peace and try and get over your feelings for her and move onto someone else

You need to do some sort of action that publicly deminsrates your love for her and makes her feel like a queen.

Depends on how bad you screwed up. if you think that the relationship is worth saving then buy her flowers candy a nice gift something that you think she will like.
