if we look to it scientifically it might be yes or no because obviously if we have all the requirements maybe we could survive but think about when every thing is over we might survive for some days and finally we may just get sick and when we get sick we loose our immunity power and when we loose that our body gets weaker and weaker and finally it comes to a stage where our body can't controll this temperature and finally we die and when you asked for a longer time the answer is no because think about the temperature there , the normal temperature of the human body is 37 degree celuis, whereas in Antarctica its like minus 0 degree celuis or less than that we may just freeze and one more thing it also depends upon your health whether you can stay longer.....

I think you mean, 'Can people live in Antarctica like other places on Earth?'
No, they can't. Everything has to be brought in to them from outside. People (scientists etc) camp there, and there were whaling camps long ago. But nothing can be planted. there is not food other than penguins and seals along the coastline. It is too cold for liquid water to flow in water or sewer lines. It would be possible to use both solar and wind power for part of the energy needs, but the Sun sets for a good part of the year and it is just cold, dark and inconvenient.
;-D Turn up the heat, would ya!?!?
