Do you have a certain food that you just have to eat in a specific way / order that other people find odd? I for example, can only eat them Ferrero Rocher things by; eating the outside choc / nut layer, separating the shell and licking out the chocolate, place the nut back in the shell, rattle it round a bit and then eat the shell and nut together. (It works for me!)

I bite off the legs of Gummi Bears first so that they aren't able to escape.

Haha.

Hmmm... good Ferrero Roche technique... I think you're a step above me, but mine is similar. I carefully bite through the chocolate shell, remove it, eat, then seperate the wafer. At this stage, however, I will also eat the wafer. Then I slowly suck the chocolate cream off the nut. On some days I eat it too, on some days I spit it out.

I'm not so elaborate with other foods, I think it's something about the ferrero rocher itself that attracts such strange behaviour- I wonder if that's what happened at the ambassador's party? After the advert ends, they all start carefully biting at the outer chocolate layer... that'd be great!

Thank goodness i'm not the only one then! i do the same! Do that with all chocolates really, start with the outside then work my way up slowly to the centre. Partner and children have long given up telling me it was stupid because it's become such a long time habit ... I don't think i'll ever eat chocolkates differently. So thank you!!! Now i can tell my nearest and dearest choc eaters that i'm not being 'weird' ... But part of an elite as i do know at least one person who does it too!!!!

When I was a kid, I used to first nibble in small bites the top layer of the kit kat, then in the same way bite off the wafer part, then eat the last part . Gosh, laughing at some of the entries here hehe!

Yeah chip butties. First you must build them yourself, by buttering the bread, and then layering the chips on carefully, first one way, and then the next layer, crosswise, for three layers. Then sprinkle on the vinegar and salt, and press the top slice on very hard. Add ketchup if you must. delicious, but Americans and Canadians don't understand them, so this is for Brits and Aussies only.

I used to eat the orange part of a jaffa cake right at the end after picking off all the hard chocolate and prising it off the sponge.

I like to bite of the cruchy part of popcorn( you know the popped outer shell part) and seperate the soft non-crunchy part until I have a handful of the soft parts. Then I eat them in one bite without worrying about getting kernals stuck in my teeth.
