I recently had the same problem. My man is very family oriented, so I put together a calendar with family photos and photos of us, along with family birthdays and events. I used a calendar maker site on the net and they printed and sent it to me in about two weeks. He loved it! and it only cost about $25. You could use any photos that he likes, but make sure there are plenty of the two of you together. Good luck.
