I applied for the position of a Purchasor in a Korean company. Besides some common questions I have known such as: Strong/Weak point, introduce yrself, nessary thing to be a purchasor..., I would like to know specific questions that they usually ask in 2nd interview. What will they ask me to find out the best candidate? I do not want to lose this valuable opportunity. So pls tell me some of yr experiences

Generally, the Emplyer gets into details in the 2nd interview.First would be the relevance of your education and experience to the job..

Then they would ask specific questions based on your answers..

They would also like you to narrate as to what you have understood about the job and what you would contribute..

All the Best!!

from my personal experience, what they ask isn't as much important as compared to what they see. if you are planning to go to an interview for a programming related job. Make sure you have your portfolio with you. or somekind of a library of your own, which must have code/software that you made. for instsnace if you plan to apply for a web developer job, you should have simple projects of your own with you, like simple discussion forums (made in ASP/PHP or whatever they want), or a Contenet Management System of somesort. This way whenever they ask you something like, Can you do this? Can you do that? You can just point them to your Library and say, sure, i've managed to do this, i'm sure what your asking for shouldn't be a problem.

They may ask you "what can you bring or offer this company if hired?". Another question might be "Why should we consider hiring you for this position?".
They might ask you to tell them the most difficult situation you had in a past job, and what you did to solve it, or make it better.
Good luck on the interview. If you're going for your second one, it means they like you.
