Conical mesiodens...it's a midline supernumery tooth, commonly seen in the Maxillary arch, if you go to this website it will tell you all about Conical mesiodens also it will tell you about who have had the same thing..

The question has already been answered but I'm interested in where the tooth was located. I've had four extra teeth come through behind my wisdom teeth and they haven't caused me any problems. My experience is said to be pretty rare.

The first part is spelled right. The second part is Mesiodens not measiodens. You were pretty close though
