Arabs have a tradition of celebrating defeats.
How can Hizbollah be victorious when it is being replaced with an international force in South Lebanon?
How can Hizbollah win when over 500 of its men lost their lives against the IDF?
How can Hizbollah claim victory when its offices and command infrastructure has been demolished by the IAF?
South Lebanon was once upon a time Hizbollah territory, now it's gone... controlled by soldiers of foreign countries - this is the shame of the Arab world because they themselves are not fit to run a country and need outsiders to ensure that their people behave like civilized people.
Israel is always in total control over all its lands including parts of it in Syria, Palestine. It will always be victorious.

not literally, but it definitely taught Israel a lesson, look how many Israeli soldiers are dead, look how many missiles Hezbollah fired at Israel, Israel couldn't until the last day destroy the missile ability of Hezbollah
Israel headed at killing civilians make the Lebanese turn against Hezbollah, it headed to destroying the infrastructure of Lebanon to put pressures on the Lebanese government; the pressure that it couldn't put on Hezbollah
Also the USA would never agree to a security council resolution unless Israel ask for it even if it doesn't announce, as a prove since when Israel is committed to an international resolution?!
I'm telling if Israel thought it had the chance to destroy Hezbollah it wouldn't have agreed to cease fire until it had destroyed it completely

It certainly is not your classic Israeli slice/dice operation where the game is over before it ever began... Times have changed, and I'm sure that Israel will ratchet up its preparations and develop a different battle plan for the the next round. So, lets say, end of round 3 goes to Hezbollah's, the fighters are in there respective corners waiting for the bell....

Yes ,Hezbollah won, they didn't let Israel to achieve any of their goals and the number of soldiers killed on the Israeli side was much more then Hezbollah.Israel wanted to destroy Hezbollah in the first two days, but they couldn't ,that's why they started killing children, that was how they showed their power in this war and called it self defense.Hezbollah still has those Israeli soldiers to trade with their ppl in Israeli jails.

Can't say much about that but the so-called strong army of Israel did suffer the taste of defeat in the recent battle as well as lost the war.
