Where can I get cake flour In Newcastle/Sydney area?

Cake flour is same with (soft flour / weak flour / low protein flour)
I also want to know where to get gluten flour (strong flour / bread flour / baker's flour / high protein flour ).

Please help thanks!

Yes. It's quite far away from Newcastle to Sydney. I'm staying in Newcatle and I will go to Sdyney once in 2 months. It's better tell shops detail in Newcastle. But if you not sure, also can tell me the shops in SYD. Hopefully, I can get there next time.

any good grocery store should have cake flour, but a specialty store should have the pastry, bread, and hi-gluten flour you're looking for. One particular brand (i forget the name) sells gluten in a package and you can add it to the flour to strengthen it. I personally have not tested the effectiveness of this product.

Last time I made a cake I used self raising flour, in sydney you can get cake flour from your local bakery as most of them will usually sell you a scope or 5 for a few dollars.

In the Newcastle sydney area that is a pretty big area seeing Newcastle is several hundred klms away from Sydney!
