Stay away from her. Even if she was 17 and you 21, I would have a problem with it, as she can't do all the things you can, such as go to bars, etc.
13 is way too young, and if I were her father, you and I would be talking...

For you to have sex would be illegal. For you to 'see' this girl isn't. If your relationship can survive 3 years knowing that you will be under age then fine, but I would think that she would want sex sometime. I would suggest that you tell her that you can only be friends until you are 16 and then you can 'date' girls your own age. If you 2 stay close you can try dating again when you are older, but I would be pretty sure that by then she will have moved on to somebody her own age.

what do you mean what do you do, that's a good thing that you don't have sex as to be honest she is young and naive sorry to sound patronising but its true you should take your time getting to know each other and building the relationship to what you want it to be, prove to people that there is more to your relationship then sex even if its being an old school gentleman and taking her out to a meal and treating her like a proper lady, many men think its sad and would laugh but trust me people will notice that there is more then you just trying to get in to her knickers
