actually your question is not based on accurate information, first there is no real evidence whether Iran and Syria are selling arms to Hezbollah or not, but for sure USA and UK sell arms to Israel
second, Hezbollah didn't act as a puppet of the above mentioned parties, it defended its country against the Israeli attack on its land and it fought bravely on contrast to Israel which obviously lost in this war
