I'll just bet you would.
I'm sure he still has a fan club that you could write to. However you probably wouldn't get a reply like you want.
I doubt that Sir Paul is sitting in his office writing to fans personally. I doubt if he EVER did that.
When celebrities are a huge as him, they have "people" to do that kind of grunt work.

sorry but i dont know.. try to see if he has a myspace thingy. lots of artists have a thing where u can write thm an e-mail... but really i highly doubt that he has one there.
