Let it go! It's a mental thing, only you can decide to hold or let it go. EMANCIPATE YOURSELF FROM MENTAL SLAVERY. NONE BUT YOURSELF CAN FREE YOUR MIND.

dear friend,
worry makes a big fuss in our life.
to answer your question:-
1) you should understand that there is no use of worring. that controls your worries by ten-rwenty percent.
2) Understand the problem that's making you worry. see if you can deal with it. If u find that the worry is something uncertain (e.g. your brother has not yet reached home since morning) then forget it and take your best possible actions.
3) if the worry problem is out of your reach like....your friend is undergoing operation (sorry), then try to get out and leaving everything on fate.
$0 if there is no other solution...meditate...meditation is the ancient technique for relaxation since 5000 years. it must work for you
5) always remember......worry makes a human half mad. theperson struggles with himself and does nothing to deal with it. the only solution is to face it with bravery.
Best of luck.......smile make you feel relaxed by 60%...so smile! don't worry

Meditation!
Put an hour aside a day for relaxation and prayer.
Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. Overcoming negative minds and cultivating constructive thoughts is the purpose of the transforming meditations found in the Buddhist tradition. This is a profound spiritual practice you can enjoy throughout the day, not just while seated in meditation.
