Part and parcel of life!
Times we were made to suffer are 'tests' - coming out from the experience, lesson learnt, and be stronger/better.
Times we were suffering are also 'tests' for who are actually are friends - do they run away or are there some who stood by you and assist.

First come to understand it
for their is an elevation in suffering
it raises you to higher ground
it is an atonement
It has a purpose
Do not waste it
if you are suffering it is for a reason
perhaps for conversion
Unite it to Jesus sufferings

they don't believe that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, if you did, then it be possible to find the inner peace needed to get thru this life on earth
