dont ppl usually tell you to ask more questions...why is yahoo! answers encouraging people to answer and not ask...if every1 doesn't want to ask to save points,,,they'll soon be not that many questions left to answer....so my point is....the idea of points is just stupid...ask all you want and be free with your questions!!

the reason its in beauty n style is cuz its your own personal style as to what you want to do,be it answer or ask...i no the style in beauty and style has a totally diff meaning...but i just couldn't find any other ssubject that suited it more...sorry...

I don't pay attention to the points. It's great that this is here to get feedback from others, if I have a question or questions, I ask it. If I can help someone, all the better. If it's r eally stupid and can't resist, all the more better!

It's easier to answer peoples questions than it is to put yourself "out there". Advice is always easier to give than it is to take. Some people have all of the answers, if you know what I mean.

You are half wrong. The idea of points is not stupid at all. Think... You will get a better idea of it

It's to discourage people from asking stupid questions, eg "Do you want to see my *****?"
That way people are encouraged to ask descent questions, and not waste user time.
