If u r goin for work wear...how abt a black turtle neck top paired with some smart black boots!
And if its juz a casual day out, try some funky printed t shirts and pair it with some cool sneakers...
Red is the colour of confidence and if u realli wanna stand out, i suggest u dress red frm head to toe;) there is no way anyone will pass u by without giving u a second glance esp if u r talkin abt hot red leather pants.

Black or cream colored shirt would look nice. White would also look nice or a print that has some red in it.Probably should go with cream, black, or tan shoes

If your pant is bright red then black or dark grey would look good
