Sue the tree or the local council for the maintance of the tree you cant sue the national trust as the tree doesnt belong to them

Let me get this straight - you've committed a criminal offence and now you want compensation from the victim!

I can think of a number of things to say to you (and others like you) but I'll refrain and just hope one day somebody steals from and then sues you. Take responsibility for your actions you've only got yourself to blame.

Also, instead of trying to find easy ways to get money you might like to consider getting a job!
